Effective Date: 26 July 2026Voice to Text: AI Transcribe offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans, purchased through your Apple ID / App Store account:

Exact pricing for each plan is displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region, in line with App Store pricing tiers.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Eligibility for a free trial may be limited to new subscribers and may vary by promotion.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase, or automatically at the end of the free trial if not cancelled. All billing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we do not receive or store your payment card details.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you originally agreed to, unless the price has changed with prior notice.
You can manage or cancel your subscription — including during the free trial — at any time through your device's App Store account settings:
Cancelling stops future renewals, but you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period or trial. We have no ability to cancel or refund a subscription on your behalf — this is handled exclusively through Apple.
All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled solely by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or use "Report a Problem" in your App Store purchase history. We are unable to issue refunds directly.
We may change subscription pricing or plans from time to time. Where required, Apple will notify you in advance of any price increase, and you'll need to accept the new price for your subscription to continue renewing. You're always free to cancel before a price change takes effect.
